Condo and Driveway Cleaning in Fort Pierce, FL

Initially, this customer reached out to us for their driveway and walkway to be pressure washed. Upon arrival, I realized that their condominium unit was due to be soft washed. I informed them of the organic growth on their gutters and stucco as well as surface dirt, spider webs, and wasp nests that were present on their condo. The customer was happy to add the house wash to the appointment.

We tackled this job by first pre-wetting all the grass, plants and windows in the working area. Once complete, we apply a pretreatment to all the concrete that is to be cleaned. Since the pretreatment needs some time to dwell on the concrete, we start washing the exterior of the condo. With low pressure, a house wash mix is applied from the gutters down to sections of the condo. Shorty after, most of the organic growth on the gutters and stucco will have died and disappeared. A good rinse will remove the remaining surface dirt and other imperfections.

Once the house wash is complete, attention is turned to the concrete cleaning. Ample time has been allowed for the pretreatment solution to dwell; killing the organic growth living on the concrete. All that remains is to hook up the surface cleaner, pressure wash all the concrete, rinse and present the work to the customer.
